The Bby Wow guy is Eve Ramírez (@eve.el.cholo), a party staffer filmed at a quinceañera in northern Mexico dancing toward the camera, biting a concha and staring down the lens with his cheeks full; Spanish speakers call it "la mirada preñadora". In October 2026 the clip went around again set to a sped-up "BbY WOW" by KAROL G, which gave him his English nickname, and people started swapping their own faces into it.
